Well, i can see why it's so cheap and on sale! Is it vinyl? God its ugly, i thought off the shoulder went out in the 80's!

Michelle- Did you notice that it's machine washable? So no matter how many times you throw up on yourself after catching glimpse of the ugly thing, it'll come out clean.
